Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DreamCorp handles personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect, and why

• WhatsApp quotes. When you tap Get a quote, WhatsApp opens with a greeting and what you asked for. You can edit that message before you send it. We use it only to reply and quote.
• Enquiry form. The form on this site does not store or send anything itself. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
• Messages you send us. If you email or message us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and quote.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the fonts we load from Google Fonts receive your IP address and browser details when you visit the site.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who else handles it

We use third-party operators to run the site and messages: WhatsApp (quotes), Google (fonts) and Cloudflare (hosting). Some of these are outside South Africa, so your information may be processed abroad. We only use providers that offer an adequate level of protection.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept while we are talking to you and for as long as needed for client records, tax and legal obligations. We delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@dreamcorp.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. WhatsApp, which we link to for quotes, may set its own.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
