Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply to web design and development work done by DreamCorp (Tyler Crouch, trading as DreamCorp, registration number Not a registered company (sole proprietor)). The written quote you accept forms part of these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Prices on this site are once-off package prices in South African rand. Where a package says “from”, the written quote sets the final figure before work begins. The quote also sets the scope, deliverables and timeline. Work starts once you accept the quote and any deposit it requires is paid. If value-added tax must be charged, it is shown on the quote and is not hidden in the package price.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and instalments, are stated in your quote. Unpaid invoices may pause work until settled.
Your content
You are responsible for the text, images and logos you supply and must have the right to use them. Please do not supply content that infringes anyone else's rights or is unlawful.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds is stated in your quote. Work beyond that is quoted separately.
Ownership
Once the final invoice is paid in full, you own the finished website design and your own content. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing that you prefer we do not. Third-party tools, fonts and libraries stay under their own licences.
Third-party services
Your site may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, booking or messaging tools. Those services have their own terms, prices and outages, which we do not control. Domain and hosting renewals are separate from the build price.
Liability
We take reasonable care and skill in our work. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other law that cannot be excluded.
Cancellation
Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point, as set out in your quote. Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 applies, you may cancel an electronic transaction within seven days, unless an exception applies, including where you agreed that work could start inside that period. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act continue to apply where they do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
